Is there a Zowe server build for mvs3.8j tk4-, which can be run on Hercules-90? My Hercules-90 with mvs3.8j tk4- runs on Ubuntu 20.4 LTE.

I really doubt you will be able to run z/osmf on such old OS which dates from 1970’s era if you even get the “package” from IBM.

Mainframe still an IBM niche which keep that company alive so even running modern OS (even OS390 from early 2000s which is AFAIK 31 bit OS) on Hercules is totally forbidden.

If you want to run your own personal mainframe you have to spend several thousands of $ buying ZD&T Personal Edition.
