- Link to LinkedIn profile (or other relevant job experience information): I started doing software development in 1984,and am currently doing so, in the role of managing several clients’ and their systems. These systems use vb.net/C# and Microsoft sql server. I started off as a cobol programmer in the financial services sector, and progressed to becoming a systems analyst. The company migrated from cobol/VSAM on an ICL mainframe to Ideal/datacom, and then to cobol/db2. I wrote an ideal to cobol convertor in the nineties to facilitate this conversion.
