I was using ZOWE plugin thru VSCODE normally, however, all of sudden, I’ve started getting the same error message.
I’ve already tried to delete my profile, change password, etc, however problem persists.
Could you please help?

I may also meet your problem, you can try to update your profile, do not use password, use pass instead, e.g.
