I have 30 years of experience in the IT industry having started out as a COBOL/Db2 programmer dealing with applications in the Banking & Insurance Industries on the Mainframe. Also have experience with JCLs, VSAM. My last 15 years have been more in software product development management. It has been 20 years since I have coded in COBOL, but, I can easily pick it up once I go through a refresher course. I am currently on sabbatical till November, from my employer IBM India. I have over 15 years to work experience in the U.S.
