Application is implemented in C like language and work requires solid knowledge of the system, databases, and protocols. Additionally, work has included development work with Java and Struts for Tracker Application. Responsibilities include working on projects as well as ongoing support.

JPMC Wilmington, DE Contract Developer May 2017 – Sept 2017
Work on POS Systems using Positive/Negative authorizations and concept of on-us/non-on-us transactions. Implement enhancements and perform maintenance of Credit Card Authorization Application. Work involves both Java and non-Java projects in agile environment. Assist in application of agile concepts in this traditional waterfall application including TDD.

Vanguard Malvern, PA SmartCo Developer June 2016 – Dec 2016
Implement enhancements to SmartCo Application as part of regularly scheduled three week sprints. Enhancements have included support for loading of new Indices from various providers to support order/portfolio mutual fund operations. Enhancements implemented in Java Object Oriented environment using Spring Tool Source (STS) and Junit/Cucumber are required for all work.

Veterans Administration Clearwater, FL Lead Automation Testing Framework Developer Aug 2015–Mar 2016
Provide leadership in initiating build of Automation Testing Framework for VB GUI Application and Unix Batch Jobs. Rational Functional Tester along with Jazz Team Server (Apache/Tomcat) provided the foundation for building this framework. The scripts have been coded using DOS batch, Unix ksh shell, Jscript, and PL/SQL. Also developed Java code to assist in testing process for generation and validation of input/output files. Tuxedo middleware and Oracle DB are used heavily in this application.

JPMC Tampa, FL Developer Mar 2013 – May 2015
Supported Bridger Client Screening (Fraud, AML, OFAC) Service Application implemented using SQL Server in troubleshooting day to day support issues. Implemented SQL Server and perl/powershell scripting enhancements eliminating need for source code changes for fulfillment of client initiated requests. Also worked with Unix/Java Oracle Application enhancing Bridger functionality using Developer xChange/Apache Tomcat Mule in Unix environment using Ecplise IDE, Assisted with performance turning of this application using JMeter. I also began learning Spring Framework.

Implement Virtual Reference Number (VRN) Phase I and II using SQL/MX by participating in Analysis, Design, and Development. This Project allowed for ACH Customers to access their JPMC account(s) with enhanced flexibility for greater control. Drove solutions for other Projects for support of timely critical ACH File Transmissions using standard Tandem Development Tools. This included identification of existing Production Issues causing Risk Exposure to JPMC.

Provide 24X7 Support of JPMC credit card acquirer application based on Tandem Nonstop Blade Technology. Daily responsibilities involve use of ITSM, PeopleSoft Case Management System, and TOAD for Oracle DB. Building Implementation Plans to support routine changes to this Mission Critical Application as well as lag less replication of Golden Gate DB are also major responsibilities to ensure 99.99999% application availability, Most Tandem Development tools including Pathway, Java, SOAP, and C++ are used.

JPMC Newark, DE Lead Visual C++ Developer Jan 2011 – Feb 2013
Perform design/development of Risk Operation Workstation (ROWS) GUI Application (AML, Patriot Act, Fraud) implemented using C++, MFC framework, Web Services, XML, SOAP, FAST, SVN, and Java. ROWS uses Middleware layer of Apache/Tomcat and Oracle DB Servers for communication to back end Mainframe Host. My proposed enhancements such as elimination of bad character entry and customized user friendly error messages has led to reduction of user reported issues in Peregrine Service Center. I assisted with quarterly and expedited/emergency releases for timely delivery to business community. This work involved usage of Mercury Quality Center for unit/integration testing and defect tracking/resolution. Shared on call support responsibilities, coordinated support with Off-shore Teams, performed project estimations, troubleshooting with Apache/Tomcat logs, research using Java services and webpages code, and developed Test Plans. I also performed scan analysis of existing code for compliance with corporate security standards compliance. This included static/dynamic analysis using third party vendor tools.

This home grown application was in-sourced and support infrastructure was created in form of authoring Application Support Guide and creating tools using TACL Macros/Reports (both Enform and SQL) to support both batch and on-line systems. Resources used routinely are Incident Management Tools in documenting and researching Production Support Issues and participation in escalation management and Root Cause Analysis.

Strongly experienced with network and system management issues involving administration, database, helpdesk, and security with emphasis in day to day support.
