My primary accounts for which I was solely responsible for included - the System Administration of the Infor/Lawson ERP systems for the United Nations, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Wegman’s aka Weight Watchers, Wayfair, Yankee Candle and several healthcare groups totaling 6 hospitals among others. I was also responsible for several secondary accounts whenever their primary support person was not available.
I performed all of this with no supervision remotely from home.
Many complex security protocols were used daily. All different and some very complex.
Took a hiatus after this position.
