I am a retired expert level programmer with 15 years of experience with COBOL. I used the language to create banking applications in Iowa. I also used it, earlier in my career when I worked in the insurance industry in Northern New Jersey. I also taught COBOL at a local community college, for 10 years. Location: Polk County, Iowa. I am available full or part-time to work for contract and volunteer for states who need more help in programming and teaching others.
