# COBOL under HPE VMS or OPEN VMS?

Does anyone still use what I know of as VAX COBOL under either OPEN VMS or HPE VMS? Is it more or less the same language I was still programming under in the mid to late 1990’s? Can one still get work with it in Manhattan?
