In today’s call we continued going over new ideas and plans for the project. Mike shared this document talking about requirements and goals - [Box](https://ibm.box.com/s/5xh3o7vgtsnt1ju888twc1yt4e7fs73o) . We talked about how the project will be developed, if a zPDT is needed or if Marist could provide second level systems. Martha said they use second level systems for some classes at Marist so this is a possibility.  
We talked about at next meeting getting into a better project definition and name, as we currently overlap with an Apache offering named Cloudstack, and this is causing some confusion.  
We discussed opening the project by putting out a call during the Linux council on Dec 1, as well as a VM listserv announcement.

Because of holidays and the Linux council, our next meeting will be Dec 8. We’ll have a meeting on Dec 15 as well and then will reconvene in January.
