Was a COBOL programmer from 1981 to 1998 - mainly Univac/Sperry systems. Large scale migration experience at Unisys (then Sperry), Maryland DOT, State Dep at MA and Kelloggs (RDMS update).  
Expertise at reviewing unstructured COBOL code and devising alternate methods to improve performance and logic.  
Looking for remote work at this time.
